Hi, I’m James 👋

And this is my newsletter, Living Limitless, where I write about health, wealth, performance, and happiness to help you live the highest quality life possible.

If this is your first time here, you may have no idea who I am, so allow me to introduce myself real quick:

  1. I’m a coach, scientist and entrepreneur focused on helping humans own their health, wealth, performance, and happiness so they can live the highest quality life possible.

  2. I’m a former D1 athlete turned human performance specialist. Over the past 10 years, I’ve coached professional athletes, collegiate athletes, Navy SEALS, a BJJ world champion, CrossFiters, strongmen, powerlifters, bodybuilders, doctors, lawyers, accountants, CEOs, and just about everything in-between.

  3. I’ve been featured in Men’s Health, Livestrong, Muscle and Strength, The Journal of Physiology, The Journal of Applied Physiology, and The FASEB Journal.

  4. I’ve consulted with special operations groups (like the SEALS) and professional sports teams (like the Washington Wizards).

  5. I (and my amazing team 😁) grew Rebel Performance, my training and nutrition coaching company, to multi-six figures in 2 years.

  6. I have 11 academic publications to my name and spent 2.5 years working on a Ph.D. in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology before walking away because I realized I can have a greater impact coaching than I can writing grants.

I don’t say these things to blow smoke up my own ass.

I say them because I want to be as real with you as I possibly can, and hopefully, build some trust, so you know I’m not some random bloke on the internet.
