I know you had The Hybrid programs. But, I'm also wondering if you had something that was a slight bit less conditioning (which I love) and something that has more strength/hypertrophy work.
My conditioning is pretty good (since I love that kind of training and am built for it). If there was room to improve, it would be on my strength and speed/power.
Hey, Jeremy! Thanks for commenting man and great hearing from you. Yes, we do have plenty of options that bias heavily towards strength/hypertrophy work. Our coach Ryan L'Ecuyer is the expert in that realm and runs the show for any of our clients that have specific goals in those areas.
If you wanted to work with me and my team, then yes (although we aren't taking clients right now). But there are other programs out there that are pre-written for the masses. Right now we are only focused on luxury, high precision health and performance coaching to help men unlock their peak health, physical and mental state.
What other programs might you suggest in this case?
